About the role
Kasuwa 360 is hiring a Marketer in Gombe. You will introduce Kasuwa 360 to business owners across the city, set the app up for them, and stay with them until it becomes part of how they work every day.
Kasuwa 360 helps Nigerian SMEs, from pharmacies and provision stores to supermarkets and boutiques, keep clear records of sales, stock and customer debts on their phone, even without network.
What you will do
- Visit businesses in your assigned markets and show how Kasuwa 360 works, including without network.
- Onboard them to the 30-day free trial with your personal code.
- Set the app up for each business and train the owner and sales staff to use it.
- Follow up during the trial to answer questions and solve problems.
- Help businesses subscribe before their free trial ends.
Who we are looking for
Must have
- Lives in Gombe and knows its markets and trading streets well.
- Speaks Hausa and English fluently.
- Owns an Android smartphone and is comfortable installing and using apps.
- Patient, honest and respectful with traders, including older owners and attendants who are new to smartphones.
- Happy to spend most of the day out in the markets.
Good to have
- Experience in sales, POS agency, telecoms or field work.
- Has worked in or run a shop, pharmacy or supermarket.
- SSCE/WAEC or higher. OND, ND, NCE, HND and graduates are welcome, but a degree is not required.
Pay
A fixed monthly salary of ₦40,000, plus commission on every business you onboard that subscribes.
