Refund Policy

This policy explains what happens to your payment when you subscribe to Kasuwa 360 and when you cancel a subscription.

1. Free Trial First

Every new account starts with a 30-day free trial with full access to the app. No payment is needed during the trial, so you can decide whether Kasuwa 360 is right for your business before you pay anything.

2. No Refunds on Subscriptions

When you pay for a Monthly or Yearly plan, you get immediate access to the service for the full period you paid for. Because of this, subscription payments are non-refundable, including for partially used periods.

3. Cancelling Your Subscription

You can cancel at any time. When you cancel, you will not be charged again, and you keep full access until the end of your current billing period. Your access stops on the date your paid period was due to end.

Example: You subscribe to the Monthly plan on the 1st and cancel on the 6th. You will not receive a refund, but you can keep using Kasuwa 360 until the end of that month. Your access then stops, and you will not be charged for the next month.

4. Billing Errors

If you were charged twice for the same period or charged an amount that does not match your plan, contact us and we will review and correct the error.
