6. Job applicants
When you apply for a role on our careers page, we collect what you enter in the application form: your name, phone number, email address, where you live, your experience and qualifications, your answer to the smartphone question, any note you add, and your CV if you attach one. We also record the time you applied and, to protect the form from spam, the internet address your application came from.
We use this information only to review your application, contact you about it and make hiring decisions. It is stored in Kasuwa 360's private Google account (Google Sheets and Google Drive) and seen only by the people involved in hiring. We do not share it with anyone else or use it for marketing.
We keep applications for up to 12 months after the role is filled, so we can contact strong applicants about future roles, and then delete them. If you are hired, your application becomes part of your staff record. You can ask us to delete your application sooner at any time, as described below.
