Agreement to Terms

By downloading or using the Application, you automatically agree to these terms. We strongly recommend reading and understanding these terms before using the Application. Unauthorized copying, modification of the Application, or our trademarks is strictly prohibited.

Any attempts to extract source code, translate the Application, or create derivative versions are not permitted. All intellectual property rights related to the Application remain the property of the Service Provider.

Marketplace Services

Kasuwa Buy and Sell provides a platform for users to buy and sell products. The Service Provider facilitates transactions between buyers and sellers but does not own, sell, or purchase items listed on the platform.

We reserve the right to modify the Application, introduce new features, or adjust service fees at any time. Any charges for premium services will be clearly communicated to users in advance.

User Responsibilities

Prohibited Items

The following items are strictly prohibited from being listed on the Kasuwa marketplace:

• Illegal drugs, weapons, or counterfeit goods
• Stolen or fraudulently obtained items
• Adult or explicit content
• Items that violate intellectual property rights
• Hazardous materials or substances

Data Protection & Security

The Application stores and processes personal data that you provide to facilitate marketplace transactions. It is your responsibility to maintain the security of your phone and access to the Application.

We strongly advise against jailbreaking or rooting your phone, as such actions could expose your device to security risks and may result in the Application not functioning correctly.

Third-Party Services

The Application utilizes third-party services that have their own Terms and Conditions:

• Google Play Services
• Firebase Crashlytics

Payment & Transaction Fees

Kasuwa may charge transaction fees for certain services. These fees will be clearly displayed before any transaction is completed. Payment processing is handled by secure third-party payment providers.

Refunds and disputes are handled according to our refund policy. The Service Provider is not responsible for disputes between buyers and sellers but may provide mediation services.

Internet Connection & Data Usage

The Application requires an active internet connection to function properly. The Service Provider cannot be held responsible if the Application does not function due to lack of internet access or exhausted data allowance.

You may incur charges from your mobile provider for data usage. If you're not the bill payer for the device, ensure you have obtained permission before using the application.

Limitation of Liability

The Service Provider cannot be held responsible for transactions between users, the quality of items sold, or disputes arising from marketplace activities. Users engage in transactions at their own risk.

While we strive to keep the Application updated and accurate, we rely on third parties for certain information. The Service Provider accepts no liability for losses resulting from reliance on the Application's functionality.

Account Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate user accounts that violate these terms, engage in fraudulent activities, or list prohibited items. Users may also delete their accounts at any time.

Upon termination, users must cease using the Application and may lose access to their listings and account data.

Updates & Changes

We may update the Application periodically to improve functionality and user experience. You agree to accept updates when offered. We do not guarantee the Application will always be compatible with your device's operating system.

We may also cease providing the Application and terminate its use at any time without prior notice.

Changes to These Terms and Conditions

We may periodically update these Terms and Conditions. You are advised to review this page regularly for any changes. We will notify you of significant changes by posting the new Terms and Conditions on this page.
