How to Reset a Forgotten Password
Get back into your account with a recovery code sent to your email.

Tap "Forgot Password?"
From the login screen, tap Forgot Password?.

Enter your email address
Enter the email address linked to your account and tap Send Recovery Code.
This must be the exact email address you use to log in.

Enter the 6-digit code
Check your email for a 6-digit verification code and enter it on the Reset Password screen.
If you instead opened this screen by tapping a reset link from your email, you won't see a code field at all — just go straight to setting your new password.

Set your new password
Enter your New Password and Confirm New Password, then tap Change Password.
Your new password needs at least 8 characters, one uppercase letter, and one number, and must match in both fields.

Log back in
You'll be taken back to the login screen — sign in with your new password.
