How to Adjust Stock Levels
Add or remove stock for a product you've already created, with a reason recorded for every change.
- 1
Open the product and tap Adjust Stock
Find the product in your Inventory list and open Adjust Stock.
Quantity can't be edited directly from the product's edit screen once it's created — Kasuwa 360 locks it and points you here instead, so every stock change is recorded with a reason.
- 2
Choose Add Stock or Remove Stock
Toggle between + Add Stock and − Remove Stock depending on what happened — a new delivery, damaged goods, a stock count correction, and so on.
- 3
Enter the quantity and unit
Pick which unit you're adjusting in (for example Piece or Carton) and enter the quantity.
- 4
Give a reason
Reason for Adjustment is required — enter a short note explaining the change.
- 5
Confirm
Review the live preview of your new stock level, then tap Confirm Stock Addition or Confirm Stock Removal.
