How to Delete a Sale Record
The only way to reverse a completed sale in Kasuwa 360.

Managers and Admins only

Open the sale
Find the sale in your sales history and open its detail screen.

Tap Delete Sale Record
This option is only available to Managers and Admins.

Confirm
Confirm that you want to delete the sale record, and that this action cannot be undone.
Sales can't be edited once created, and there's no discount, refund, or partial-reversal option — deleting the record is the only way to undo a sale.
