Understanding Team Roles & Permissions
Kasuwa 360 has three team roles — Admin, Manager, and Salesperson — each with different access. Here's exactly what each one can do.
- 1
There are exactly three roles
Every team member in Kasuwa 360 is assigned one of three roles: Admin, Manager, or Salesperson. Access is determined entirely by role — there's no separate screen for fine-tuning individual permissions.
- 2
Admin
Admins have full access to management, financial analytics, reports, and subscription settings.
Only Admins can see the Dashboard tab, add or remove team members, and view overall profit figures.
- 3
Manager
Managers automatically receive access to manage inventory, view sales history, handle debt records, and view operational reports.
Managers can also view cost prices and delete sales records — but only Admins can see profit figures.
- 4
Salesperson
Salespersons automatically receive access to POS checkout and viewing their own recorded sales history.
Salespersons can't manage inventory, view debt records, or see cost prices — they're limited to processing sales.
- 5
Team Management itself is admin-only
Only Admins can see and use Team Management at all — the option is completely hidden from Managers and Salespersons in the app menu. If a Manager or Salesperson tries to open it directly, they're redirected to the dashboard with an access-denied message.
