How to Read Your Debt Ledger
See who owes you money, how much, and their full payment history.

Open the Debt Ledger
Go to Debt Ledger to see every customer with an outstanding or past debt.

Filter the list
Use the All / Pending / Partial / Paid / Overdue filters to narrow things down, and check the summary cards at the top for your total outstanding balance, debt count, and how many are overdue.

Open a customer's debt detail
Tap a customer to see their total owed, amount paid, outstanding balance (and any overpayment), plus a Linked Sales section you can tap through to the original sale.

Check the transaction history
Transaction History lists every payment and debt entry, each showing the balance before and after (for example "5000 → 3000").
