How to Cancel Your Subscription

Cancel your plan — you'll keep access until your current billing period ends.

Admins only, active plan required

    Open your subscription settings

    Go to Settings and open Manage Plan & Subscription (or Subscription & Quotas on mobile).

    Tap Cancel Subscription

    This option only appears if you're an Admin with an active plan.

    Confirm cancellation

    You'll be asked: "Are you sure you want to cancel your subscription? This action cannot be undone, although you will have access until the current period ends." Tap Yes, Cancel to confirm, or No, Keep it to back out.

    There's no separate reactivation step later — just return to the Subscription screen and tap Reactivate on the plan you want.
