What Happens If Your Subscription Lapses
Kasuwa 360 switches to Read-Only Mode when your subscription isn't active — here's exactly what that means.
- 1
You'll see a banner
A banner reading "Subscription Inactive — Read-Only Mode" appears at the top of the app, with a Renew button, until you renew.
- 2
You can still view everything
You can keep viewing your products, sales history, debt records, and team — nothing is hidden or deleted.
- 3
You can't create, edit, or delete records
Trying to add a sale, adjust stock, record a debt payment, add a team member, or any other write action shows: "Your subscription is currently inactive. In Read-Only mode, creating, editing, and deleting records is disabled. Please renew your subscription to continue."
This covers essentially every write action in the app — not just one feature.
- 4
Renewing restores full access immediately
Tap Renew Subscription from any of these messages, or go to the Subscription screen directly.
