Understanding Your Kasuwa 360 Plan and Usage Limits
Where to check your current plan, and how close you are to your plan's usage limits.
- 1
Find your subscription settings
Go to Settings. On desktop, Manage Plan & Subscription and View Limits & Feature Quotas appear as separate entries. On mobile, both live together under one Subscription & Quotas card.
- 2
Check your current plan
The Subscription screen shows your current plan and billing cycle (monthly or annual) — and, if you're on a trial, a "Free Trial" badge with how many days you have left.
- 3
Review your Usage Limits
The same screen shows a Usage Limits section — Active Products, Team Members, Monthly Sales Volume, and Debt Records — each as "current / limit" (or "current / Unlimited"). The progress bar turns red once you're close to a limit.
For more detail, open View Limits & Feature Quotas from Settings — it breaks usage down further (including notifications and image uploads per month) and flags anything you're close to outgrowing.
- 4
Locked features
Some features are only available on certain plans and show a PRO chip. Tapping one explains what's required and lets you jump straight to upgrading.
