How to Upgrade or Downgrade Your Subscription Plan
Change your Kasuwa 360 plan and pay securely through Paystack, right inside the app.
- 1
Open the Subscription screen
From Settings, open Manage Plan & Subscription (or Subscription & Quotas on mobile).
- 2
Pick monthly or annual billing
Use the Monthly Billing / Annual Billing toggle at the top. Annual plans are marked with a savings badge.
- 3
Choose a plan
Under Available Plans, each plan card's button reflects your situation: Subscribe (no active plan yet), Upgrade Now, Downgrade, Renew Plan (if your plan expired), or Reactivate (if you'd cancelled). Tap the plan you want.
- 4
Confirm the change
Review the confirmation sheet — it shows your current plan changing to the new one, the amount charged today, your billing cycle, and any discount. Tap Upgrade Now (or Continue Downgrade) to proceed.
Downgrading shows a reminder of what you'll give up, and — if you're switching from annual to monthly billing — a warning that you'll lose your annual discount.
- 5
Pay securely
A Secure Checkout screen opens inside the app and loads the payment page. Complete your payment there.
If your connection drops, you'll see a "Secure Checkout Failed" message with a Retry Connection button.
- 6
Wait for confirmation
After paying, you'll see "Payment completed. Verifying status...", followed by a confirmation once Kasuwa 360 verifies it with the payment provider. This can take a few seconds.
